Customer Service Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service professional to join our retail team.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as Sales, Marketing or Hospitality.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
