About the Role

As a Product Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical devices. You will be responsible for generating systematic plans to assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution of instruments, as well as presenting data and metrics to stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles, with experience in IT, electrical, mechanical, fluidic and system engineering. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with customers and management teams.

  • Key Requirements:
  • Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical, System, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Software) is required
  • Min 3 years relevant experience in the medical device industry
  • Appreciation for regulations in the medical device industry
