System Technical Coordinator

The role of a System Technical Coordinator in the Digital Capital Projects Team involves managing, coordinating, and supporting the technical team responsible for delivering digital systems.

This position ensures effective deployment, maintenance, integration, and optimization of digital technologies to support business operations and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all digital systems-related technical activities.
  • Coordinate system implementation, integration, and maintenance.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for digital systems issues.
  • Manage routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades of digital systems to ensure security and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions and support materials to end-users and technical staff.
  • Ensure digital systems comply with industry standards and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to coordinate support and service agreements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc, preferably in API Manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of Project Planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS planner online.
  • Relevant Project Manager or Project Engineer experience.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms specific to the industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Work Arrangements:

  • Hybrid model: 3 days on site mandatory.
