Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Systems Technical Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing, coordinating, and supporting the technical team responsible for the delivery of digital systems.

  • As the central point of contact for all digital systems-related technical activities, you will coordinate between different workstreams under the Digital MMD Capital Project Umbrella.
  • Implementation & Integration: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment and integration of digital systems, including software applications, control systems, and data platforms.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for digital systems issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades of digital systems to ensure security, compliance, and functionality.
Role Functions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • System Coordination: Coordinate activities with the EPCMV team as and when required.
  • Implementation & Integration: Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment and integration of digital systems.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Training & User Support: Deliver training sessions and support materials to end-users and technical staff.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure digital systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc.
  • Working knowledge of project planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS planner online.
  • Relevant project manager or project engineer experience.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
