Job Title:
Digital Systems Coordinator

Job DescriptionThe role involves coordinating and managing the deployment, integration, and optimization of digital systems to support business operations. This includes planning, overseeing, and ensuring effective utilization of software applications, control systems, and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Implementation & Integration: Coordinate the planning, deployment, and integration of digital systems, including software applications, control systems, and data platforms.2. System Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for all technical activities related to digital systems, coordinating between different workstreams.3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for digital systems issues.4. Maintenance & Upgrades: Manage routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades of digital systems to ensure security, compliance, and functionality.5. Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.6. Training & User Support: Deliver training sessions and support materials to end-users and technical staff to maximize system utilization.7. Compliance & Security: Ensure digital systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.8. Vendor Management: Liaise with software vendors, service providers, and contractors to coordinate support, licensing, and service agreements.9. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance digital systems capabilities, streamline processes, and reduce costs.10. Automation: Ensure automation complies with global policies, procedures, and guidelines, and execute current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Requirements- Degree qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical disciplines.- Experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc.- Knowledge of Project Planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS Planner Online.- Relevant Project Manager or Project Engineer experience.- Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.- Proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms specific to the industry.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
