Agile Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Agile project coordinator to facilitate our software development and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain prioritized backlogs aligned with business and regulatory needs.
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify, remove, and resolve blockers and queries impacting team performance.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, and proven experience managing digital systems, software platforms, or industrial control systems. Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles is essential. Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Agile project plans and schedules.
  2. Develop and maintain high-level project documentation.
  3. Provide status updates to stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Agile project coordination.
  • Strong technical knowledge of system integration, networking, databases, and cybersecurity principles.
