Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead our Sales Optimisation Stream, focusing on enhancing our website sales funnel. This is a dynamic and strategic role, requiring a solid foundation in both traditional project management principles and strong expertise in Agile software delivery. You will play a pivotal role in leading teams to drive software development projects, helping us enhance product execution and foster collaboration in an Agile environment.If you're a motivated, results-driven individual with a proven track record in Agile and Scrum methodologies, and you're looking for a long-term contract opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Optimisation Stream, focusing on improving the website sales funnel.Coach and guide Scrum teams, ensuring Agile best practices are followed throughout the software delivery process.Oversee and ensure the successful execution of software delivery projects, collaborating with development teams to improve product development processes.Work closely with product managers to drive the execution of new projects and product development.Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives for Agile workflows, emphasising both development and product management skills.Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders to maintain clarity, transparency, and alignment with project goals and timelines.Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.), coaching teams to ensure a smooth Agile delivery process.Foster a collaborative, high-performance environment within the development teams, ensuring stability in roles and team dynamics.

What you'll need to succeed

Strong experience in Agile software delivery with a deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.Proven ability as a Scrum Master, with hands-on experience leading Scrum teams in a software development environment.Solid grounding in Project Management fundamentals, with a focus on delivering projects in an Agile manner.Strong coaching and mentoring experience, particularly in leading Scrum teams and driving Agile adoption across organisations.Experience in Sales Optimisation or working with eCommerce platforms is a plus, particularly with a focus on improving website funnels.Product Management experience, with the ability to collaborate effectively with product managers to improve project execution and product development.Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.A results-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term, successful delivery rather than short-term goals.Availability of a long-term contract with flexibility for hybrid work (2 days per week in-office).
