Job Summary:

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead the implementation and management of digital systems in a fast-paced pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and coordinating technical teams responsible for delivering digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for all digital systems-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination between different workstreams.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the deployment and integration of digital systems, including software applications, control systems, and data platforms.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for digital systems issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance.
  • Manage routine maintenance, updates, and upgrades of digital systems to ensure security, compliance, and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user manuals.
  • Deliver training sessions and support materials to end-users and technical staff to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • Ensure digital systems comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Liaise with software vendors, service providers, and contractors to coordinate support, licensing, and service agreements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance digital systems capabilities, streamline processes, and reduce costs.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Extensive experience working on ABB DCS, PLC systems, DeltaV, MES, PI, I&C, ICT, etc., preferably in API Manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of Project Planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, MS Planner online.
  • Relevant Project Manager or Project Engineer experience.
  • Proficiency with relevant digital tools and platforms specific to the industry (e.g., SCADA, MES, ERP, cloud services).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, cybersecurity certifications) are a plus.
