We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic professional to fill the position of Account Executive in our Personal Lines Team based in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and communication abilities to handle Motor, Household, and Van Insurance Policies. The successful candidate will work closely with insurance companies to address customer queries and instructions, and provide expert guidance across 15 product lines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders.
  2. Process Insurance policies according to compliance standards and GDPR.
  3. Handle customer payments and maintain accurate records.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless policy administration.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland or equivalent.
