Business Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and management of client projects throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Proven experience in leading design workshops to gain a clear understanding of our client's industry and business requirements.
- Designing and configuring appropriate best practice solutions to meet client requirements.
- Producing key project deliverables including design and configuration documentation, functional specs, data migration specs, test scripts, training materials, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong technical skills and keen ambition to develop further.
- Client-focused and commercially aware.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and professional networks.
- Excellent communicator in a range of situations, both written and oral.
- Project management skills, ability to plan and prioritize work, and to meet deadlines.
