AI/ML Technical Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced technical program manager to lead our AI/ML engineering group. This individual will be responsible for driving complex technical decisions, working cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and data analytics teams, and influencing stakeholders to achieve project goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, roadmaps, and charters to ensure timely and successful delivery of AI/ML projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to identify and prioritize project requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Communicate project schedules, priorities, and status to various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and vendors.
  • Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish resolution paths.
  • Facilitate vendor interaction and communication by tracking open issues, feature requests, and production readiness.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as computer science or engineering.
  • Solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.
  • Proven record of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and partners.
