The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years' post-grad experience, strong Solid Works and FEA experience, and a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work on continuous improvement of existing products to reduce waste and support the design and development of new products and processes. You will also provide regular updates to the Engineering Manager on project progress.

In addition, you will perform FEA and troubleshoot product performance in real-world conditions, generate and maintain 3D models and production drawings using Solid Works, and collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and reduce waste.

The role offers a mix of product design, process improvement, and hands-on production collaboration, making it an exciting opportunity for someone looking to shape new processes and products.
