Operational Support Specialist

The team you will be joining is a key part of the organization's operations, providing critical support to help them reach their goals through a rigorous, research-driven investment process.

We partner with many of the world's largest and most sophisticated investors and financial intermediaries to deliver high-quality services across asset classes, risk profiles, regions, and styles.

This role involves working within the operational team to support administration of real estate activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for portfolio management teams and have oversight of several portfolios from an operational perspective.

You will work with a high level of accuracy to deliver exceptional support to the business each day, focusing on tasks such as processing payment expenses, preparing VAT returns, recording and allocating rent and other income for property funds, cash forecasting, exposure monitoring, verification of fund valuations, investigating and resolving queries from third parties and portfolio managers, and responding to complex issues in a timely manner following established procedures.
