Development Automation Engineer

In this role, you will design and assemble automated test fixtures ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. You will also improve existing test fixture designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
You will create requirements and robust designs to meet business needs while developing validation and verification plans that ensure test fixture functionality and reliability.
You will analyze test data to determine and eliminate root cause issues using sound engineering principles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years' experience in a test fixture development role, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, and strong manufacturing, mechanical/electromechanical/ automation design skillset.
