About the Position:

The National Screening Service is looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Healthcare Data Analyst and Leader for the BowelScreen program. This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of the register team using the BowelScreen database, ensuring adherence to policies, leading service improvement initiatives, and implementing changes in line with operational objectives.

As the Healthcare Data Analyst and Leader, you will be responsible for delivering strong leadership and operational performance standards, supporting the BowelScreen program and register team, reviewing and identifying the most efficient and effective BowelScreen database system processes, and maximizing participation by maintaining an accurate database, identifying and supporting uptake initiatives, and managing the invitation process.

The ideal candidate will possess a high standard of suitability, including a minimum of two years' satisfactory experience in an office under the HSE, TUSLA, or other statutory health agencies at a level not lower than that of Grade IV (or equivalent). The candidate must also have the requisite knowledge and ability to discharge the office effectively.
