Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate leases and maximize terms with landlords.
  • Communicate details of negotiating leases with key stakeholders.
  • Communicate with landlords, including negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords, and sending or reviewing voicemails and emails.

The successful candidate will have native-level German and proficient English language skills, as well as experience in negotiation and persuasion. They will be able to communicate effectively and persuasively over the phone, prioritize tasks, and be self-motivated with minimal supervision.

A high school qualification is required, but a college degree is preferred.
