AI Model Enhancement Specialist

We are seeking meticulous and detail-oriented professionals to enhance the quality and accuracy of large language models (LLMs).

About the Role

This is a pivotal position in enhancing AI model performance. Your primary responsibility will be to create, evaluate, and refine question-answer pairs that simulate real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to improve LLM performance.
  • Annotate data accurately and consistently according to predefined guidelines.
  • Evaluate the quality of existing datasets and machine learning outputs.
  • Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
  • Develop and maintain annotation guidelines for consistent, high-quality results.
  • Provide feedback on annotation tasks to improve processes and workflows.
  • Identify trends or patterns in annotated data and share insights with the team.
  • Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.

Requirements

We're looking for candidates who are analytical, adaptable, and passionate about working with data. Key qualifications include:

  • High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level as per CEFR).
  • Fluent in Greek (oral and written), with a deep understanding of regional culture and social trends.
  • Undergraduate degree or higher qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
