Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Concrete Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for the design, coordination, and execution of precast concrete systems on various large-scale projects.

This role requires a strong understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction methodologies. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the smooth delivery of precast systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing precast concrete components for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • Providing structural calculations and analysis for precast elements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of precast systems.
  • Maintaining high-quality control and ensuring compliance with project specifications.

You will be required to possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in precast engineering or structural design.
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with international projects, sustainable construction practices, and Chartered Engineer status are desirable.
