We are seeking an accomplished Precast Engineering Specialist to drive the design, coordination, and execution of precast concrete systems on a variety of large-scale projects.

This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of structural design principles, materials, and construction methodologies. The successful candidate will manage all phases of precast engineering from initial concept design through to on-site implementation.

  • The Precast Engineering Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing precast concrete components for various structures including commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
  • A thorough knowledge of precast concrete systems, materials, and construction methods is essential for this role.
  • The specialist will provide structural calculations and analysis for precast elements to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordination with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and manufacturers is critical to the success of this role.
  • The specialist will prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Quality control and compliance with project specifications must be ensured during production and installation of precast components.
  • The Precast Engineering Specialist will conduct site visits to inspect precast installations and resolve any engineering issues that arise.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in precast engineering or structural design.
  • Familiarity with building codes and standards relevant to precast concrete is required.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
