Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Precast Production Manager to lead our precast concrete production operations.
This role ensures efficient production processes, quality standards, and timely delivery while mentoring and supervising production teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities for precast concrete manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality control measures, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff performance.
- Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in precast or concrete manufacturing management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production equipment, quality control standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Able to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
