Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the store management team in maintaining high visual standards across the store.

Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer experiences, assisting with daily tasks and store duties, motivating and supporting sales team members to achieve their targets, and ensuring strong visual merchandising throughout the store.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with deliveries and organization of stockroom, being responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent, and supporting the development of sales team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in working towards and driving sales targets within a retail environment
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to motivate and support sales team members to achieve their targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
