The Role

We are seeking skilled and passionate individuals with expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair to join our team as a Fleet Maintenance Professional.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our campervans are always in top condition, providing our customers with unforgettable journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting regular inspections and diagnosing issues related to mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems of vehicles.
  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, light bodywork repairs, spare parts substitution, and troubleshooting and repairing appliances.
  • Maintaining relationships with external partners, coordinating vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams, updating vehicle information systems, and moving campervans to and from vendors, parking facilities, or depots.

As a Fleet Maintenance Professional, you will work closely with our regional team to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a related automotive field.
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical repairs, with campervan experience being a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a technical degree preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
