Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and direct moderate complexity projects. This fixed-term contract position reports to an Engineering Manager and offers the opportunity to oversee technical advancements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering business-critical projects exceeding $0.5M. A Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline is also required.

  • Direct medium-sized projects through effective project management methodologies
  • Assemble and motivate project teams, assign individual responsibilities, identify resources needed, and develop schedules
  • Record customer requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders
  • Estimate, monitor, and attain project budgets
  • Ensure common understanding by setting expectations in accordance with the Project Plan
  • Identify, assess, monitor, and close project risks
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
Key Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of demonstrated project management experience, preferably in manufacturing
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
