Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Operations Manager to join our team at Mercedes-Benz North Dublin Dealership.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage workshop throughput, ensuring maximum utilization of technicians and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure all work is documented and processed in line with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Lead by example in managing health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with Mercedes-Benz workshop standards.
  • Complete training needs analysis with the Aftersales and Training Manager(s).

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Automotive technical qualification.
  • Proven experience in workshop leadership or coordination, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Strong knowledge of workshop processes, diagnostics, and quality control.
  • Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication with customers, technicians, and suppliers.
  • IT literacy (MS Office, Dealer Management Systems, diagnostic platforms).
