The role of Senior Service Engineer requires the execution of field service activities including overhaul, repair and basic troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include independently executing field service activities such as overhaul, repair and basic troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to local work instructions for overhauling components, maintaining site safety rules and company health and safety obligations, liaising with the On-Site Team Leader/Service Coordinator to provide progress status of assigned work, handling customer enquiries and technical queries on site, advising and promoting available products and solutions to customers, and submitting accurate and high-quality service work reports within 48 hours.

Requirements
  • A degree in engineering or a minimum of 3 years proven experience in a field service role is required.
  • Experience with similar equipment is beneficial.
  • Awareness of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting tasks is essential.
  • A good understanding of technical instructions, drawings and schematic diagrams is necessary.
  • The ability to travel and work in various locations up to 200 days per year is a requirement.
  • Very good English skills - spoken and written - are essential.
