The position is available in Ennis, Co. Clare, where you will be working in Residential Services. You will be assisting individuals in various aspects of their daily life, promoting independence and skill development.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing supportive care and advocating for the rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Assisting with practical tasks associated with daily life, both in-home and day-service settings.
- Helping individuals develop and implement person-centred plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Supporting participation in community activities and encouraging informed decision-making.
To succeed in this role, you must be registered or eligible to register with CORU by November 2025. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a passion for supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
