This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical part of the supply chain for Ireland's leading retailer, shaping how products move from source to shelf.
As a senior supply chain leader, you will be responsible for making sure the right product moves through the business at the right time, supporting both commercial and operational goals. You will lead a cross-functional team that manages inbound flows, availability, delivery performance, and fulfilment outcomes, including planning across food and textiles and collaborating closely with buying, supply chain, and store teams.
The role brings together supply planning, warehouse coordination, store delivery, and ecommerce fulfilment. It requires strong leadership experience across planning, warehousing, and fulfilment, confidence working with senior internal stakeholders and suppliers, and a track record of improving availability, service, and cost in a fast-moving environment.
Background in retail, FMCG, or high-volume logistics settings is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how planning connects with delivery and can lead both day-to-day operations and longer-term improvements across the supply chain network.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with experience in planning, warehousing, and fulfilment
