Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

To guarantee efficient asset management for our operations, we seek a skilled Procurement Specialist.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Purchase aircraft components to meet routine, critical, and emergency requirements.
  • Monitor outstanding orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Build effective relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless logistics support.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness in logistics support functions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory data within the system.
  • Comply with relevant procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks for accuracy and financial reporting.
  • Maintain competence through continued education and training.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with suppliers.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications.
