Banking Solicitor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Banking Solicitor to join our team in Dublin. Our client is expanding its Banking & Finance practice in their Dublin office, creating opportunities for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising major banks and financial institutions on secured and unsecured lending, regulatory matters, debt restructurings, work outs, recovery strategies, and large scale loan sales
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and developments in banking and finance law, maintaining expertise and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with experience in banking or finance law at the NQ-3PQE level, holding relevant qualifications and certifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, contributing to a positive and productive work culture
