We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill customer-facing roles in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing expert guidance and support for their private health insurance needs.
- Offer advice on sales and service to new and existing customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- B uild rapport and maintain high engagement with customers, meeting all service standards.
- Meet individual targets and ensure timely delivery of results.
- A Third Level Qualification or 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Sales is required.
- Candidates should be focused on delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.
- Results-driven individuals with proven ability to work in fast-paced environments will thrive in this role.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, as well as proficiency in written and spoken English, are essential.
This is a full-time opportunity with options for remote or office-based work. Comprehensive training and development opportunities, including APA qualifications, are provided along with ongoing support.
