We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in a 6-month contract role. This position provides an opportunity to develop and build your career in customer service, delivering brilliant results for customers.

This role involves providing full support to employees by way of on-site training, and ongoing coaching to develop their skills. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be central to delivering an environment where the customer is the focus. At the heart of this purpose is our commitment to an inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, performing tasks to professional standards, working towards individual performance objectives based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), positively contributing to the team and supporting colleagues, compliance with all regulatory requirements, embracing personal development, and reinforcing the importance of customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you will need at least one year of experience in customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to problem-solve, be resilient, and demonstrate agility to adapt to new situations, as well as good PC skills.
