Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
  • Process customer orders sent through various channels
  • Maintain liaison with other departments for order completion
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical customer-facing experience essential
  • Demonstrates ownership and initiative capabilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with conflict
  • Attention to detail in reporting and administration
