Job Title: Leisure Club Attendant-Life GuardJob Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leisure Club Attendant-Life Guard. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
  • Support the development of the club's membership and services.
  • Perform general cleaning duties.
  • Handle membership enquiries and facilitate sales with customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Flexibility in working hours.
  • Possession of pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid qualification is essential.
  • NCEF qualification or equivalent is also necessary.
