Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all members, handling queries in person, by phone or email
  • Ensure seamless club operations during opening hours
  • Collaborate with the Club Manager to develop marketing strategies and drive sales
  • Conduct general cleaning duties
  • Administer membership enquiries and finalize customer sales

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid
  • National Certification in Education and Fitness (NCEF) qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and desire for career progression
