About the Role

The selected individual will be part of a globally-oriented team with expertise in various engineering fields, including infrastructure, water conveyance and treatment systems, transportation, marine projects, waste management, aeronautics, and defense.

The role involves delivering high-quality services to clients, participating in site inspections, supervising site investigation works, and creating geotechnical designs that align with industry standards.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support the preparation of reports and presentations, monitor compliance with safety, legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements, and contribute to the tendering process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree or Master's in Applied or Engineering Geology.
  • Basic understanding of engineering geology and geotechnical concepts, with knowledge of geotechnical software preferred.
  • Familiarity with field techniques like rock mapping, stereonets, slope stability, kinematic analysis, and basic risk assessment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and agencies.
  • Knowledge of Codes of Practice, Design Standards, and Health and Safety Regulations.
