Effective Pharmacy Operations Lead

A Pharmacy Manager is needed to oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient management of stock and finances. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate team members, and provide high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing sales data to ensure profitability.

- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development for employees.
- Guiding and motivating team members to overcome challenges and achieve success.
- 2 years experience as a Store/People Manager - pharmacy experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lead and inspire team members.
- Previous dispensary experience beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in fast-paced environments and handle complex situations.
