We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Therapist to join our team.
About the Role:- To deliver high-quality speech therapy sessions to individuals, promoting effective communication and enhancing their overall quality of life.
- To work collaboratively with clients, family members, carers, and other staff to set achievable goals and objectives.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies for preventing future speech and language difficulties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will also have a passion for continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:- Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
- Utilizing specialized equipment to analyze voice patterns and examine factors involved in producing speech.
- Collaborating with clients, family members, carers, and other staff to establish and achieve treatment goals.
- Delivering training to staff teams to equip them with the necessary skills to support clients in their recovery.
- Referring clients to other specialists when necessary.
The successful candidate will be required to maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, prepare reports on client symptoms, treatments, and progress, and participate in relevant meetings and case conferences as appropriate.
