Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale engineering and construction projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction, with 5+ years of experience working on construction and engineering projects in the pharmaceutical/data centre/semi-conductor sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with surveying teams on project requirements
  • Planning work tasks for project teams
  • Assisting directors on planning and costing estimates for projects
  • Identifying engineering needs for construction support throughout the project life cycle
  • Working with BIM co-ordination team to ensure site installations correspond to 3D construction models
  • Liaising with clients on project requirements and associated deliverables

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering or construction
  • 5+ years of experience working on construction and engineering projects
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams
  • Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills
  • Extensive experience in creating and updating construction programmes
  • Clean Driver's License
