We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Safety and Quality Graduate to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their skills in food safety, quality, and traceability within the fast-paced agri-food sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with experienced teams, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of a food production environment.

About the Role

This 2-year development program provides a structured approach to learning, with a focus on technical and leadership skills development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the FSQ team in its key business objectives, including being recognized as industry leaders in Food Safety, Quality, Innovation, and Animal Welfare.
  • Learning HACCP techniques, GMP, food hygiene, risk assessment, and legal responsibilities.
  • Involvement with quality operations, policies, SOPs, procedures, and product specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a 3rd Level Qualification in Food Science or Agricultural Science, be proactive, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

A commitment to continuous learning and professional development is essential, recognizing that education is an ongoing process.
