Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Site Engineer to join our team on a large-scale residential development project in Meath.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.
  • Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.
  • Check plans, drawings, and supervise setting out coordination.
  • Responsible for setting out and levelling of sites, as well as overall surveying.
  • Plan work efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
  • Oversight of quality control and safety measures on site, ensuring adherence to regulations.
  • Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and deal with problems that arise.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Candidates must possess an engineering degree and have experience in setting out and surveying.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work to targets and deadlines.
  • Confident in supervising site works and able to build effective relationships at all levels.
