We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of store presentation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail sales and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen focus on delivering best-in-class service to our customers.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality customer service, including expert advice on products
  • Managing point of sale processes, including cash and card transactions
  • Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation and cleanliness
  • Participating in regular stock taking and inventory management

The role requires flexibility across a range of departments and an ability to work on own initiative. We are looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence.
