**Job Title:** Retail Team Leader
">We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for leading by example in terms of safety practices, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth.
">- Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture and driving the safety agenda on site.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to creating a positive shopping environment.
- Oversight of sales performance and implementation of strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage weekly deliveries, ensuring efficient stock control and availability of products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, legislation, and audit standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
">- A proven track record in retailing with strong product knowledge.
- A keen understanding of our business and commercial awareness.
- Able to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
