We are seeking an experienced Insurance Manager to join our Captive and Insurance Management team in Dublin. As an Insurance Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop your career and contribute to the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Managing a portfolio of captive insurance and reinsurance companies from various industry sectors, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
2. Communicating effectively with clients to deliver high-quality services, meeting their needs and expectations.
3. Collaborating with other departments and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
4. Monitoring regulatory requirements and reporting obligations, ensuring compliance at all times.
5. Representing the company at captive insurance company Board Meetings, promoting Aon's value proposition through collaboration with other practice groups.
6. Participating in internal functional sub-committees as part of the management team.
