Job Title: High-Quality Case Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a professional to handle high-quality cases from initial review to conclusion in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage client claims using technical processes and accurately document each activity.
  • Efficiently manage all cases, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Draft, review, and submit correspondence by letter and email.
  • Undertake discussions and negotiate with clients, third-party solicitors' insurers to pursue appropriate settlement of cases.
  • Support strategic development of the department by developing best practices and enhancing the client experience.

Key Skills We're Looking For:

  • Experience within housing disrepair is desirable but not essential.
  • Ideal candidates should be recent law graduates or qualified professionals with a Paralegal or Fee Earner focused background.
  • Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
  • Understanding of emerging laws.
