Job Overview

The Millroom Operator role is a crucial part of our production team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety and Efficiency: Monitor and adjust manufacturing parameters to ensure the safe and efficient production of silicone milled products.
  • Quality Control: Perform adjustments on mill machines, control product formula and viscosity as per specifications, and measure material thickness using micrometers and digital scales.
  • Inventory Management: Record inventory material usage, manage raw material bases, and maintain daily production demands.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Utilize overhead cranes and other lifting devices for material transfer, perform in-process inspections, and communicate with quality, shipping, and value-added departments.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training new employees and ensure accurate inventory counts through cycle counting.

Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of milling experience are required for this position.
