Job Overview

This position is for a skilled professional to support the technical delivery workstreams of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Technical Programme.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced individual to take ownership of specific deliverables under the Technical delivery programme, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of specific deliverables under the Technical delivery programme
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Reporting progress and managing risks and issues
  • Supporting other activities relating to the technical delivery of the EHR Programme as required
Requirements
  • Familiarity with EHRs and other clinical systems
  • Understanding or willingness to understand clinical workflows and how they integrate with EHR systems
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Experience with user account management, permissions, and access controls
  • Familiarity with system updates
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Customer service skills
  • Commitment to resolving issues efficiently and thoroughly
  • Ability to work with EHR programme, infrastructure, clinical system, and vendor teams
  • Willingness to share knowledge and support team goals
  • Ability to create and update documentation as required
