Job Overview

  • We seek an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technical initiatives from concept through to implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project timelines, quality, and risk appetites, ensuring timely resolution of risks or blockers.
  • Define and guide execution strategies that support business value realization, balancing risk, cost, and long-term capability.
  • Drive enhancements in operational efficiency through automation, systems integration, and process redesign.
  • Serve as a bridge between business, technology, and control functions, ensuring clear communication and transparency.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in capital markets or financial services, with solid knowledge of trading platforms, compliance tools, or surveillance systems.
  • Proven success in managing cross-functional technical projects and delivering enterprise-level change.
  • Background in one or more of the following areas: Technology Delivery, IT Governance, Operations, Risk/Compliance, or Data Analytics.
