Job Title: Electronics Test Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electronics Test Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic products by conducting thorough tests and troubleshooting issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and test electronic products using schematics, layout drawings, assembly drawings, procedures, and specifications.

  • Utilize various test equipment such as Digital Multi-Meter's, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, ESS Chambers, and vibration tables for testing and troubleshooting.

  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of electronics components and circuitry to test and debug Electronic PCB Assemblies and Systems consisting of passive components to FPGA's and microprocessors.

  • Test and debug electronic motor controllers according to established procedures.

  • Perform failure analysis for production and returned assemblies and systems, providing feedback to support teams for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.

Requirements:

  • Hold a minimum level 6 qualification in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Have at least two years of experience, preferably in an ISO9001 or equivalent regulated environment.

  • Experience and/or qualifications in Lean are advantageous.

  • IPC 7711/7721 and IPC-A-610 certifications are advantageous.
