Equipment Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Service Specialist to join our team in Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician to make a real impact in a growing organization.
- Install, service, and maintain equipment for various clients in the Galway, Midlands, and Limerick Area.
- Occasionally report to the head office in South Dublin.
- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Maintain a friendly and reliable image with customers.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of plumbing and electronics.
- A full clean driver's license is essential.
- Ability to work on call at weekends on rotation.
- Familiarity with coffee machines is desirable.
- Coffee drinker or general interest in coffee is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair equipment in client locations.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical qualifications and experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
