Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Administrator to join our team at UPMC Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the quality function within the hospital and working closely with the wider UPMC Quality function and Senior leadership team.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Assist with conducting audits and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
  • Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement and risk management principles.
  • Participate in committee meetings to promote quality, patient safety, innovation, and risk management activities.
